Deprecate the `server_name` query parameter on `/_matrix/client/v3/join/{roomIdOrAlias}` and `/_matrix/client/v3/knock/{roomIdOrAlias}` as per [MSC4156](https://github.com/matrix-org/matrix-spec-proposals/pull/4156).
