feat(toHaveScreenshot): enable sensible defaults (#12675) 
This patch:
- Enables configuration of certain defaults for some options of `expect.toHaveScreenshot` method via `TestProject.expect.toHaveScreenshot` property
- Sets sensible defaults for these options:
  * `fonts: "ready"`
  * `animations: "disabled"`
  * `size: "css"`
