chore(bidi): Fix launcher tests for Firefox
...
With the automatic HTTP to HTTPS upgrade the HTTP
proxy as defined via "firefoxUserPrefs" will not
be used. Instead directly use the HTTPS site and
proxy settings to workaround this feature.
